Cookies Notice

This Cookies Notice explains how NOBODY TECH LIMITED (“Nobody Audio”, “we”, “us” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our website at www.nobodyaudio.com and in our companion Apps, and what choices you have.

This Cookies Notice forms part of our Privacy Policy, which provides more detail about how we handle personal information generally. Terms defined in the Privacy Policy have the same meaning here.

By continuing to use our website or Apps without changing your cookie settings, you acknowledge the use of cookies as described in this notice. Where your consent is required by law — for example, for non-essential cookies — we will ask for it separately through our cookie preference centre before placing those cookies.

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device — computer, smartphone or tablet — when you visit a website. They allow the website to recognise your device, remember your preferences and understand how you interact with the site.

Beyond cookies, we and our service providers may also use similar technologies that work in comparable ways:

Pixel tags (web beacons) — tiny, invisible images embedded in web pages or emails that register when a page or email has been opened and can transmit information such as your IP address, browser type and the time of access.

Local storage and session storage — mechanisms built into your browser that allow websites to store data on your device, often used to keep you signed in or to remember preferences across pages within a single visit.

Software Development Kits (SDKs) — code libraries embedded in our mobile Apps that perform functions similar to cookies in an app context, including collecting usage analytics and enabling advertising features.

Device fingerprinting — a technique that combines publicly available device characteristics (such as browser type, operating system and screen resolution) to generate a probabilistic identifier, used where cookies alone are insufficient or unavailable.

When this notice refers to “cookies”, it covers all of the above technologies unless stated otherwise.

We use cookies for four broad purposes:

Making our Services work. Some cookies are essential for the website and Apps to function — without them, you would not be able to sign in, add items to your cart or complete a purchase.

Remembering your preferences. We use cookies to remember choices you make — such as your language, region, currency or display settings — so you do not have to re-enter them every time you visit.

Understanding how people use our Services. Analytics cookies help us see which pages are visited most, how long visitors spend on them and where errors occur, so we can improve the experience for everyone.

Delivering relevant advertising. Advertising cookies allow us to show you Nobody Audio ads that are relevant to your interests, both on our own site and on third-party platforms, and to measure whether those ads are effective.

The table below sets out the categories of cookies we use, what they do and whether they are essential or optional.

CATEGORY

REQUIRED?

PURPOSE

Strictly necessary

Required

Essential for the website to work. Enables login, cart, checkout and

access to secure areas. Also supports fraud prevention and load

balancing. Cannot be disabled.

Functional

Optional

Remembers choices you have made — such as language,

currency, region or dismissed banners. Disabling them means

preferences will not be saved between sessions.

Performance &

analytics

Optional

Collects aggregated or pseudonymised data about how visitors

interact with the site — pages visited, time spent, links clicked and

referral source. Used to improve the website. Examples: Google

Analytics.

Advertising &

targeting

Optional

Placed by us and advertising partners to build an interest profile and

deliver relevant Nobody Audio advertising on our site and third-party

platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok). Also measures

advertising effectiveness.

Social media

Optional

Set by social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Spotify) whose

content we embed. Enables those platforms to track your visit and

may be used to serve ads on those platforms. Governed by each

platform’s own privacy policy.

Cookie duration

Cookies can be either session cookies — deleted automatically when you close your browser — or persistent cookies — which remain on your device for a set period or until you delete them.

Advertising and analytics cookies are usually persistent and may remain active for up to 24 months.

Our companion mobile applications do not use browser cookies. Instead, they use equivalent technologies — primarily SDKs embedded in the App — to perform analytics, measure advertising attribution and enable features. These SDKs may collect a device advertising identifier (such as Apple’s IDFA or Google’s GAID), app usage data and crash reports.

You can manage these identifiers through your device settings:

– iOS (iPhone / iPad): Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking to manage app tracking permissions. You can also reset your advertising identifier under Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.

– Android: Go to Settings → Privacy → Ads (the exact path varies by manufacturer and Android version). You can opt out of personalised ads or reset your advertising ID.
